The staff were polite and provided terrific service. The pool was heated and I had warm drinks in the in-house bar. The facilities were beautiful too.

Relaxing and clean place, everything was great. The hotel was in a very central location close to many restaurants. I tried some drinks at wine bar Fellow Osteria, located 10 minutes walk away. The breakfast had lots of options: hot waffles and cereals.

Decent hotel, very central location in the central area, efficient staff, nice bar area. The continental breakfast with cereal and hot waffles is over the top.

Such a really nice experience. Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was unbeatable very close to Phoenix, Old Town, the very beautful botanical garden. Bacon and hot waffles for breakfast were good, and overall it was adequate.

The weather was wonderful, had RESTFUL stay. The reception was gorgeous and clean. Had well-kept, perfect room that was updated.

I appreciated everything, it was excellent. The staff were brilliant from arrival to departure. Remote location, a 10-15 minute walk from amphitheater. The beach nearby was ideal and the view was exceptional.

Stunning location, the hotel was pretty standard and neat. Our room was inside facing and the view was magnificent. The staff did all they can for a relaxing stay. Impeccable service too.

Wanted to explore Scottsdale and this hotel was amazing base for doing it. The bar staff had a very pleasant manner. We loved breakfast that was included. Plus, free WiFi was available.

We really enjoyed everything. Friendly staff & great pool. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Mika's Greek that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Also, free Wi-Fi was provided.

This venue needs updating.
